“ Wonderful dinner tonight! I have no complaints. I Facebook messaged the owner about 3 nights prior to inquire about availability for 2 adults, and made our reservation that way. The owner was up front about the style of dining (omakase), the cost per person (they did take credit card), and the cancellation policy. Since I knew beforehand what our meal would cost, there was no surprise check at the end. The food was served one by one and prepared in front of us. Everything was so tasty. I found out that I really enjoy fish liver. I think the salmon roe starter was also one of my favorites. I enjoyed my meal with plum wine and sake and my husband had beer. We were served green tea at the end of our meal and an ice cream. I left feeling perfectly satisfied, not hungry nor stuffed. We look forward to coming back again in the winter! Arigatou gozaimasu! ”

“ Found this place just round the corner from the hotel I was staying in, fantastic little sushi restaurant, the owners are lovely, husband and wife and the lady speaks good English, so ordering if you don't speak Japanese is a lot easier! All the sushi I had was excellent, and I had quite a bit! The highlight for me was the barracuda, one of the best things I've ever eaten and the avocado stuffed with crab, perfection. Also have an excellent range of sake and are very helpful in helping you choose which one goes with your meal. Not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for and it's worth the money alone just to watch the sushi being prepared in front of you, a true art form. ”

“ An amazing experience you will not forget. An incredibly intimate setting that seats about 6-7. The service and care taken was phenomenal. As the food is being prepared be sure to ask questions about where the seafood and ingredients were sourced. I recommend Really diving into the full experience. It was my first time having sea snail and surprisingly I enjoyed it a lot! Keep notes of what you enjoyed as the Chef will ask what you enjoyed and will prepare more later. All in all it is about a 3.5 hour experience so be sure to be present in the moment. Great for a date night if your date is adventurous ! ”
